MY STYLE FIX: PINK, BLACK, AND WHITE

I was this close to packing my shit and moving to the land of proverbial sunshine, risking the occasional onset of a heatstroke, if it meant no longer being subjected to NY's never ending cold spell.
However, the influx of seasonally appropriate weather has convinced me to stay put, albeit provided by the same erratic bipolar psycho Mother Nature who has been known to fuck us at will, weatherwise that is.
With some semblance of consistency, I can put away my winter clothes, that I have yet to do on account of Mother Nature's procrastination and not my own, which sadly, the latter is often the case.
Finally spring is here to stay, and I can reach for my light jacket, and confidently venture out, without risking the indignity of hypothermia in the middle of spring of all things.
Thanks for stopping by. Enjoy your day<3

MY STYLE FIX: FUR HOODED PARKA

New York Fashion Week (NYFW) is in full swing and already Mother Nature and her coconspirator Old Man Winter, AKA partner in crime can add attempted murder to their infinite list of crimes against humanity.
Those two showed nothing short of callous disregard for not only my life but the lives of all those other ridiculous chicks who knowingly wore five inch stiletto heels on streets covered with ice and piles of snow.
Speaking on behalf of myself as I can't attest to the emotional well being of those other broads, I wore the heels not because I harbored some type of death wish, but rather I simply wanted to look half way decent during fashion's big day.
So, as I gingerly and ever so awkwardly made my way down the booby trap that Mother Nature laid out for me, trying desperately to preserve the life that I've spent years curating, I longed for dare I say sensible shoes.
Anything with some grip, perhaps something flat would've sufficed as it would've at least given me a fighting chance against Mother Nature's attempts to off me. Enjoy your day! Thanks for stopping by<3
