MY STYLE FIX: DENIM MINI & BLAZER

Based on the outfit I posted here, I recently won a personal styling session with amazing designer +Rebecca Minkoff, which is beyond a miracle, as I've never really won anything, let alone something so major, the free refill that one time at Burger King notwithstanding.
My initial elation was quickly replaced by nausea and relentless bubble guts at the thought of finding something to wear that would be halfway decent and not a total embarrassment to my entire life.

After all, +Rebecca Minkoff is one of the most talented designers out there as her collections always exude and capture that chic, effortlessly cool edgy style that we all strive for.
So, after much consideration easily bordering on rumination, I stayed true to my style and opted to wear t-shirt and jeans albeit of the miniskirt variety.

Have a great weekend! Thanks for stopping by<3

MY STYLE FIX: DENIM JACKET & FUR

So, I got dressed feeling half way descent until the BF in a very dejected, dare I say disappointed tone asked if I was going to wear those shoes again.
After I picked up what was left of my self esteem, I managed to muster up my most hateful side-eye, in lieu of the neck chop that I should've doled out in light of such an implicit criticism.
Now, I understand that as the photographer he may want a little variety, especially when truth be told, he would much rather spend his time scratching than watching me do a bad impersonation of a supermodel.
I get it. Certainly the variety would at best distract from my forced smiles and the awkward poses. However, after all this time, I thought he would be used to my predilection to re-work and re-wear my favorite pieces.
Besides, if my repetition offends, he can always resort to donations of the monetary kind. That would certainly guarantee a few more pieces in the rotation.
Enjoy your weekend! Thanks for dropping by<3

MY STYLE FIX: SPRING MINTY SEQUINS

The weather is finally warming up, and in a few short weeks I'll be able to wear my miniskirts without being subjected to the disapproving side-eye of strangers
Undoubtedly, those people were just concerned about my health, and not flabbergasted by the idea that anyone with commonsense would dare brave the elements in anything other than a snowsuit.
Almost behind me are those days of the soul-piercing stares, which generally needed no words, as the "where the hell are your pants" came across loud and clear.
In a matter of weeks, bare legs and mini skirts will be the norm, and I can roam the streets freely with my hem raised high.
Enjoy your day! Thanks for dropping by<3
