 Gone are the days when denim cutoffs were associated with the uniform of streetwalkers, as this item has long since taken its rightful place in the closet of every goody two-shoes and sinner alike.     

Certainly, there are those who often make this norm regrettable by constantly exposing their baby makers to old ladies and babies. 

However, when worn tastefully, this must have Closet staple can cover your assets and preserve the innocence of the youngest among us.

MY STYLE FIX: RUFFLES & STRIPES

Happy Hump Day! I can hardly believe that July is over already! I'm sorta hoping that this global warming thing holds up because I really don't want to go back to cold weather and the unspeakable...Snow!

So what polar bears are drowning and islands are being swallowed whole. Sounds like personal problems to me. 

Besides, according to the Mayans, the end is nigh anyway so why not welcome it poolside instead of bundled up in sweaters and coats.

I vote for the former. Now, don't start crying about the polar bears. Because, if you know anything about anything, you already know that those motherfuckers can give Michael Phelps a run for his money.

Plus, when have they ever showed those adorable seals any mercy or those poor defenseless reindeer.

 

I know you watch National Geographic so clearly you're not fooled by the cuddly demeanor of the Polar Bear. 

Hungry enough they'd eat your ass too. So with a clear conscience and denim cutoffs paired with a blouse and wedge sandals, I say bring on the deadly UV rays. Mama needs a tan!

MY STYLE FIX: RUFFLED CROP BLOUSE

Happy day no one cares about, Tuesday! This weekend, since it's no longer hell hot, I actually covered my gams and wore jeans. 

I mean, with the cooler temps, I didn't have to worry so much about ventilation for my kooch, so, I was free to pair jeans with a blouse and wedge sandals. 

First of all, with all the BBQ I've been having lately, the fact that they made it over my thighs is a miracle in and of itself. 

I didn't even have to exhaust myself contorting my body and violently thrusting my lady parts into the jeans.  

Believe me, I'm no stranger to those types of efforts, so when I didn't have to stress the denim to it's limit, and use Herculean like strength to button the jeans, I was pleasantly surprised.

  Besides, the fact that I didn't have to cut off precious blood supply to my lower half and jeopardize my reproductive capabilities is a tiny blessing.
