MY STYLE FIX: MAXI DRESS & MOTO JACKET

Happy Hump day! First of all let me just say that I would like to thank the New York Times for including my look in their street style section! Did you see that!? OMG,I haven't stop smiling since. You wouldn't either, if you knew all the drama that goes behind actually taking pictures for my blog. The amount of begging, pleading, and dare I say the trading of sex for favors is exhausting! My back hurts to say the least. All right...All right I kid about the latter, but it really does feel like I'm selling my soul to the devil or my BF for the snaps of a few pictures.
I mean, he really hates this stuff, and when he does begrudgingly agree to the snaps, there's all this moaning and complaining. like take today for instance, after I got dressed, pairing my maxi dress, with an oversized sweater, and a leather moto jacket, sensing the onset of a photo shoot, he immediately says "it's too cold outside" (blank M.F. stare). I mean come on!!! I just needed ten minutes of his time, but in his world he would rather feed Derrick Jeter grapes than take 10 minutes to snap pictures of little old me.
Needless to say, the begging ensued and all the promises of this is the last time just flowed out my mouth. Obviously I was lie telling, but desperate times...you get what I'm saying. I did what I needed to do. Plus, I'm pretty sure he knows it's not the last time, since it was the last time a few days age when he snapped me for the photo that was used in the New York Times. Truth be told, it was the last time before that episode too! So, unless he's completely gullible he know's that I won't make good on my empty promises.

I mean, I really like blogging after all! I guess it would be more convenient if I blogged about the books I read, but I love all things style and fashion, so if you're reading this, you know who you are, you better get into it, because there will be many more cold days to come. No worries though, I'll make it as painless as possible:)
I hope you guys are having a great day! Thanks for stopping by<3

    1. Thanks Girlie! I really appreciate your comment. Btw, that belt is sooo long that I had to find a way to wrap it up just to reduce the length or it would practically hang mid thigh!
