With a wider opening, flare jeans provide a flattering silhouette that help to balance proportions by slimming and elongating your frame.

MY STYLE FIX: SUMMERTIME JUMPSUIT

I love jumpsuits, getting naked every time I use public restrooms, all while having to use matrixs like tactics to prevent my outfit from touching the floor as I handle my business, notwithstanding. 

 I love how comfortable jumpsuits are, sort of reminiscent of a toddler's onesie, but more fashionable, unless you're partial to fleece material then the former wins hands down. 

Jumpsuits just like this one from Urban Outfitters are perfect if you're on the go, but be prepared to bare all when you have to go.

If you follow me on Instagram @ClosetFix or Facebook you already saw the pictures and you're aware that Mother Nature felt generous and bestowed upon the East Coast the spring that we've been missing.

Perhaps to quiet our bitching and moaning, and incessant begging for a warm up, she opted to throw us a bone and send some this way.  

Maybe it was the tears of grown men that prompted Mother Nature's change of heart to allow spring and happiness back into our lives.

Either way, we were all grateful for the turn of events this weekend and took to the streets in droves to witness this miracle.

REPEAT FIX: FAUX LEATHER PANTS

Leather pants have always been associated with nightlife and wild parties, but believe it or not, this Closet staple can be worn casually for a more relaxed look as seen here and here. Leather pants can be easily dressed down when paired with casual pieces like flats instead of 5 inch heels. Since the fit of leather pants tend to be body hugging, this may be a tad bit sexy for day to day wear especially when paired with equally body skimming tops. Instead, try going with looser fitting tops to balance the sexy factor. MY STYLE FIX: CHAMBRAY & LEATHER

So, if you didn't notice, I'm having a little love affair with leather right now. Clearly, this fixation would've been inappropriate in hot ass August, unless I had an affinity for sweaty thighs, which I can't say that I do.   

 However, with the cooler Fall temps I'm free to wear leather like here without worrying about sweating profusely or suffocating my coo ca, which true story has been known to happen.   

Any way, I've only recently come around to the idea of wearing leather pants at all, much less in the day time. Honestly, I've always associated leather pants with rock stars or attention seeking whores, but since at least one of these things don't apply to me, I obviously must've been wrong. 

Just based on fit alone, I can totally see why rock stars would opt for leather pants, as they're so comfy, almost like second skin, which makes gyrating like animals in heat in front of thousands of people totally doable, and ridiculously sexy when Lenny Kravitz does it. 

So, whenever I'm just running errands or chillaxing, I've been reaching for my pair, which I wore recently with a jacket, chambray shirt, and flats.   

And, I gotta admit that on many occasions, I've been known to whip out my air guitar and rock out for no reason other than the fact that leather pants seem to give people like me the chance to act a fool or live out those rock star dreams even if you're just at Walmart picking up toilet paper.

As cooler temperatures roll in, incorporating a fantastic lightweight jacket into your closet will allow you to achieve your Repeat Fix throughout the season. A utility jacket as seen here and here is the perfect transitional outerwear. Its lightweight status make it ideal for layering with other pieces, since you won't have to tackle issues relating to bulkiness or overheating. Additionally, this piece can easily be dressed up or down, which allow you to seamlessly go from day to night. MY STYLE FIX: DENIM & HIGH LOW HEM

TGIF! Yesterday after stuffing my face, I decided to take Blog Pics, and ended up at a random church. The fact that I didn't combust into flames as soon as I stepped foot onto the grounds is a miracle in and of itself.

I mean, just look at what I was wearing. Denim cutoffs, paired with flats, and a stomach baring top. Sure it was appropriate for the weather, but for church, that's another story, which would've probably ended in some sort of public stoning had the congregation been around. 

At best, I'm pretty sure I would've gotten some soul piercing disapproving looks, along with a plethora of eye rolls from people like Mrs. So And So, who is likely the proud owner of assless chaps, which she only wears in the privacy of her own home. 

So, clearly she's better than me, who dared to expose myself in the House of the Lord, or at least steps away from it. Luckily, it was well after hours, and I was free to roam the grounds without judgement. 

Now, the eternal damnation that I may have incurred due to my infraction, may be impending, but I seriously doubt it. Sweet Baby Jesus sees me way more naked than I'm sure he would like to, and he has yet to rain down fire and brimstone on my head.  

Perhaps he's saving it for the grand finale, if you're picking up what I'm putting down, but I would like to think that he's not like that. You know, all wrath crazed and drunk on power. He's probably just happy that my heathen ass even made an appearance.

REPEAT FIX: SLEEVELESS BLAZER

I love incorporating color into my closet, but one of the easiest ways to get a Repeat Fix is to include neutrals as well. This sleeveless blazer seen here and here can be easily styled with many of my favorite pieces, because of the neutral color. White, black, beige, brown, and gray, are considered neutrals, which are compatible with a wide range of other colors. Because of the color, my white sleeveless blazer, provides me with so many Repeat Fix opportunities. Below are two different ways I wore the blazer.
